Cheques are accepted in Euros & Sterling, made payable to
Transglobal Wigs S.L. |
2) |
All goods shall remain the property of the supplier until they
have been paid for in full. |

All orders shall be subject to supplies and acceptance of the
seller. |

Goods returned for credit must be in a secure A4 letter packet
and in the same condition as supplied, with original
packaging and labels intact. Original invoices must
be produced. |
5) |
Only goods returned within 14 days can be accepted for refund. |

Whilst
every effort shall be made to despatch goods on the date
requested,
the
seller shall not be liable for any delay of delivery
for such goods. |
7) |
All sales shall be subject to the seller's right to cancel if
circumstances include war, riots or insurrection, action of
governments, revocation of export and/or import licenses, strikes
and force majure. |
8) |
No Variation in the conditions shall be effective unless in
writing and sigened by the seller. |

Spanish
law shall govern the agreement between parties. |
